- This Adelaide Roof Replacement was undertaken to a lovely home in the great western suburb of Kidman Park. The original roof was actually not very old compared to most original roof we undertake roof replacement on. At around 25 years of age this Monier Tudor roof actually had many more years or serviceable life left in it. In this case the owners had new ideas for a total transformation of the exterior of the home and really did not like the look and performance of their original tiled roof. The chose to go with a new Colourbond Surfmist Insulated Roof. The weight reduction in this case was significant as always with conversions from tiled to Colourbond the weight difference is on a multiple of around ten times. The finished out come looked pretty amazing. We also modified the original heritage look fascias for the client as they were going for more of a hamptons look exterior.
